Dr. Miller is a distinguished National Speaker and expert in advanced technology cataract and refractive surgery, with over a decade of experience in high-volume surgery centers. As a seasoned doctor, she has made substantial contributions to the field, authoring articles for leading Optometry and Ophthalmology Journals. In her multifaceted roles as Research Director, CE Speaker, Referral Coordinator, and Marketing Director, Dr. Miller has significantly propelled the growth of numerous eye care practices across Texas.

She attended Purdue University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with honors. Following undergrad, Dr. Miller pursued her Doctor of Optometry degree at the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico, graduating with honors and earning the Best Thesis award in her class. During her four years at the university, she was elected as the Vice President of her class and served as the Student Liaison to the American Optometric Association, where she represented Optometry students at national and international meetings. Studying in Puerto Rico fulfilled her desire to learn a second language, which she continues to use in daily clinical care.
